We hope you are well!
May we open by apologising for the extended lead times. We felt it prudent to formally communicate where we are at this current moment in time. The overall lead time has been pushed out to the current average of 16-20 weeks.
I am sure that you can appreciate the current times are proving very testing for all of us and we are simply doing all we can to keep up with the advised lead times.With installers being told to isolate, customers putting us off for various reasons, several Covid outbreaks at the factory, logistic issues, supply issues with glass and hardware to mention a few of our daily problems, I can promise you we are doing all we can to try and keep the lead times as low as possible.
We are endeavouring to reduce the time frames involved and the team is working hard, and at all hours in order to achieve this.
We would like to thank you for your patience, understanding and continued support during this time and assure you that everything that can be done to reduce both the processing and manufacturing lead time is of the highest priority. We appreciate this will be causing some inconvenience and delays for which we apologise, and rest assured we are committed to resolving this as speedily as possible.
