Mr & Mrs Thorne replaced their old rotten windows with lovely new timber flush casement windows, which were replaced like for like. The customers were against the upvc option "definitely no" as they believed it would ruin their house.
Since the windows and door have been installed, the customers have noticed a massive difference as there are no longer any drafts and noise coming from the windows. The customers decided on a Polstead entrance door, which features a characteristic glass design.
