Mr & Mrs Henderson

Mr and Mrs Henderson wanted to replace the old uPVC windows at the rear of their West Sussex property. After researching their options online, they visited our Horndean showroom to explore the range of products available.

Following their showroom visit, the customers chose a combination of aluminium and timber windows and doors to complement their property.

The timber bi-folding doors and flush casement windows are finished in Black (RAL 9005), with matching black hardware selected during their visit to the showroom. The aluminium windows and bi-folding doors are also finished in Black (RAL 9005), creating a consistent look across the entire installation.

Using engineered timber keeps the beautiful and tactile qualities of traditional wood but avoids the innate expansion and contraction issues that can occur from using solid wood.  Engineered (multi-layered) timber is created by layering wood sections, with the grain of one section being layered in the opposing direction to the grain of its neighbour. Cleverly layering in this manner ensures any movement caused by absorption of moisture is evened out.

This leads to stronger, longer lasting windows and doors. Making sure they stay a perfect fit-just as the day they were installed.
