Why our customers love timber windows

All of our timber windows are fitted with advanced security locks to keep your home safe and secure. On our flush casement windows, the security lock wraps around the openers and our lipped casement windows engage bolts in multiple points. Glass is fitted from the inside to prohibit potential intruders from gaining entry by removing the glass.

Durability and longevity

When properly maintained, our engineered timber windows have a long lifespan, which often outlasts alternative materials. All of our windows and doors are factory painted prior to assembly, providing complete protection from moisture absorption and maximising longevity. Every product receives a base coat of timber preservative, then a primer coat, followed by two coats of micro-porous paint. Our coating can last from five to eight years without the need for re-treatment.

Insulation and energy efficiency

Timber windows boast natural insulating properties, bringing comfort and warmth to your home. All of our windows incorporate double-glazed units featuring enhanced thermal insulation glass. For better insulation, we also fill the space between the window panes with argon gas and use special spacers to minimise heat loss around the edges. This delivers exceptional energy efficiency by reducing heat loss in the winter and minimising heat gain in the summer. The result is an 80% increase in energy savings compared to single glazing, and a 45% increase in energy savings compared to ordinary double-glazing.

Increase the value of your home

Enhance the value of your home while preserving its authentic period charm by opting for real timber windows. Renowned for their quality, aesthetics, and durability, these windows are a sure-fire way to elevate your property's worth.

Customisable to suit your style

Timber has the unique ability to be bespoke and shaped to match the architectural style of your property. We have a variety of finishes, stains, paints and hardware to choose from, allowing you to achieve your desired look.

Environmental sustainability

As a renewable resource that can also be reused and recycled, timber is a far more environmentally-friendly choice than other materials. The timber we use is sustainability sourced using responsible forestry practices.

Repairability and maintainability

Unlike some other materials, timber windows can be easily repaired and maintained over time. Minor damage, such as scratches or dents, can often be remedied with simple repairs or refinishing which extends the lifespan of your windows.
